  SHIPPING & RETURNS  

SHIPPING POLICY

We use UPS Ground for most weight-based kennel shipments, and USPS for most other shipments. We will combine shipping on smaller items whenever possible; we want to save you money. Shipping charges will be adjusted accordingly. Shipping rates and times are for standard CONUS only.

We are not responsible for items damaged in transit, or for lost or stolen packages. Due to the increased number of thefts, we suggest requesting “delivery signature required” on shipments if you have any doubts about the packages being left outside the residence.

We will send your tracking number to the e-mail we have on file at time of shipping. Days in transit are once it leaves our facility.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 If you feel that you have received an incorrect item, would like to make an exchange or return, be sure to contact us as soon as possible.

Return any item that did not end up working out for you (exclusions apply, see note below), in new condition, within 30 days of the delivery date. A credit will be issued to your account/credit card or applied to your exchange, minus shipping costs and restocking fee of 10% of product.

 

After this date the manufacturers’ warranty applies. Regular shipping charges apply on all returns and exchanges. Additional oversized charge will be applied to any XL or Large size kennels that are returned or exchanged. Please see instructions for returning merchandise listed below.

Please note that we do not permit the return or exchange of the following products:

  • Special orders and/or products that are custom configured to your specifications (this includes customized vent patterns)

  • Products sold “as is”, “seconds”, or "clearance"

  • Any item altered by consumer

  • Any item that has been used

​

You may want to insure all returned goods for the full retail price. We cannot be responsible for items which are damaged or lost in shipment when being returned.
